Exchange or Return of Products
In order to provide you with the best possible service, our company gives you the possibility to change or return the product you purchased from our online store within twenty (20) calendar days from the day of its invoicing. The time period is calculated between the day of invoicing to the customer and the day of arrival of the returned product at the company.
The product must not have been used. In addition, its packaging must not have been opened, worn or damaged. The product should come with all the contents of the package, such as accessories, manuals and more. After receiving the returned product, the company will check the condition of it and its packaging. As long as all the terms and conditions are met, she will give her approval to complete the process.
The product must be accompanied by the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (Retail Receipt or Shipping Note).
The product must be delivered to our company's premises. You can deliver the product to one of our stores or send it to our central warehouses. Shipping costs for the returned product are the responsibility of the buyer. The case where the product is returned due to the wrong or defective product being sent by our company is excluded. Our company has special agreements with transport companies and courier companies, we can arrange the collection of the product from your place with very low charges. We inform you that the stores in Agia Paraskevi, Glyfada, Kallithea or any other operating under a Franchise contract cannot accept the change or return.
