In the event that your order weighs more than 20 kg or requires special handling during its transport, we will assign a transport company cooperating with us to deliver it to your place.
3) Pickup from a Piranha Bikes Store
Any order, regardless of cost and weight, can be picked up FREE from the Piranha Bikes Store. When the order arrives at the Store, we will contact you by phone to come pick it up. For this reason, the correctness of the contact information you fill in when placing your order is important.
Free Shipping
Orders over €150.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders worth less than €100.00, there is a shipping fee that starts at €2.00 and is configured according to the delivery address, the weight and the volume of the products. The system calculates and informs you about the value of the transports at the completion of the order.
The goods travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the customer. Our company does not bear any responsibility for any damage caused during transportation.
Delivery Time
Deliveries within Attica are processed within 2-5 days and to the rest of Greece within 3-8 days.
For in-store pickup, the preparation time is estimated at 1-5 days and depends on the availability of the products in the store of choice. The store will inform you about the receipt of the products as soon as they are all available.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on conditions such as strikes, weather or transport delays. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
1. The product has been delayed by our supplier:
All our products are imported. Therefore, there are cases where an order of ours can get "stuck" at customs or in transit, as a result of which it does not arrive at our warehouses in the time we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
2. The product you ordered is not available: Among the multitude of products we display in our online store there are rare cases where a product is not in the calculated stock. In this case one of our partners will contact you immediately to give you all the alternative solutions
3. During periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
4. In the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication with you is impossible (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your registered details are not correctly updated.
It is possible to send orders outside of Greece. In this case, the shipping method and costs are determined after consultation with our company.
